"American Muscle"is a series about car shows in the USA, more specifically in New Jersey and in the state of New York.

One day back in August 2018 I was on a road trip with a friend, when we drove by a car show. I had never seen something like that and those colorful cars immediately caught my eye. 

I decided to make a series about cars shows trying to evidence the aesthetic of these events.

The cars become more than objects, ways through people can represent themselves.
